Nutrition coaching and personal training are delivered online, over video calls and messaging. Scope and content are agreed before the work begins.
Prices are stated before purchase. Payment is made by invoice unless otherwise agreed. Prices for consumers include Swedish VAT where applicable.
Booked calls can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Later cancellations are charged.
As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. If you ask for the service to begin during that period and it is fully performed, the right of withdrawal ends.
Training and dietary changes are undertaken at your own risk. Tell me about injuries, illness, pregnancy or medication before we start. Coaching does not replace care, diagnosis or treatment from a doctor or dietitian.
Swedish law applies. Disputes that cannot be resolved in dialogue follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
