When you use the contact form you provide your name, email address, country (optional), the service you are interested in, and whatever you choose to write in the message.
The information is used to answer your enquiry and to offer coaching. The legal basis is legitimate interest in replying to the contact you initiated, and entering into an agreement with you.
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation requires, at most twelve months after the last contact. If you become a client, the data is kept for the duration of the relationship and thereafter as required by accounting law.
