I am a researcher at heart, with a PhD from Karolinska Institutet and five years of university study in nutrition behind me, a BSc and an MSc in the subject. My research covered health and lifestyle behaviours, including physical activity, sleep and screen time.
Today I work as a nutritionist and personal trainer, with a focus on weight management, performance and women's health. I have lectured widely, at universities and for the general public, and what I enjoy most is making research understandable and useful in everyday life.
